Passion is loud. It’s exciting. It’s that burst of motivation after watching a TED talk or hearing a new idea.
But purpose? It’s quieter. More stable. It’s the thing that pulls you back even when you’re tired, even when no one’s watching.
Passion: I love this.
Purpose: I need to do this.
Some days your passion fades. Purpose keeps you showing up. That's also why it's so hard to understand purpose, it's more hidden behind layers and layers of questions + reflection.
And honestly? You don’t need to feel excited all the time. You just need to feel like it matters.
